We strongly advise all participants to reserve hotel accommodation as soon as possible, in order to benefit from the special rates.
Liability
Kenes Exhibitions and its agents shall not be responsible for and shall be exempt from all liability in respect of any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or inconvenience to any person, or his/her luggage or any other property for any reason whatsoever, for any tourist services provided.
Insurance
Personal travel and health insurance is recommended.
Accommodation Cancellation Policy
Up to 45 days before arrival: No charge (only bank charges of EUR 35).
From 44 days until 21 days before arrival: 1 night cancellation fee.
Less than 21 days and no shows: Full cancellation fee.
