Eligibility Policy
*Academia – must register with an official institutional e-mail address. Generic email addresses (Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, iCloud etc) are not accepted for academia rates. If no institutional email is available, proof of academic employment is required.
**Student & Postdocs – require valid proof of status (student ID, enrollment letter, supervisor letter or contract for postdocs).
Missing documentation will results in automatic upgrade to the Academia rate.
***Industry – applies to anyone employed by pharmaceutical, biotech, CRO/CDMO, diagnostics, platform, consulting or investment companies. Corporate e-mail are automatically classified as industry.
Verification – The organizers may request additional documentation and reclassify registrations if needed. Incorrectly selected categories will be adjusted, and the price difference charged.
Registration fees include:
- Participation in all sessions
- Printed Conference materials
- Light refreshments during coffee breaks and lunch.
Cancellation Policy
- Up to July 31, 2026: Full refund less Euros 35.
- From August 1-31, 2026: 50% refund
- From September 1, 2026: No refund
